Please note that the Minister for Justice confirmed the closure of the Immigrant Investor Programme (IIP) on 15 February 2023. Despite the closure of the IIP, we currently still have numerous existing projects which will require investors. Contact us today to inquire about your eligibility.
Most popular type of IIP application. A minimum endowment of €400,000 to an approved project of public benefit in the arts, sports, health, cultural or educational fields. The endowment should be regarded as an once-off philanthropic contribution whereby investors will not receive any financial return or recoupment from the investment.
An investment of €1 million in an Irish enterprise or approved investment fund for a minimum of three years. Note that the investment fund must be approved and regulated by the Central Bank.
